how can i stop my windscreen wipers from stopping in the midle of my windscreen and then starting again after 10seconds but it only dose this on the slow wiper movement and not on the fast or meduim

please help its driving me crazy

When this happened on my Golf it was caused by the wiper motor's holding bolts having worked loose. The motor would rock and jam up the linkage and the vibration on the road would free it for a while - it got worse quite quickly.

Your fault may be something entirely different - you don't mention the make & model of your car.
