How can i fix my lamona hja 8630 dishwasher?

hja 8630 dishwasher will not drain after completing cycle. pipes appear to be clear but water just pools at bottom of dishwasher when it should be completing drain cycle. dishwasher repair people will not even come and have a look help!!!!

Hold down the Play pause button for a few seconds till the green arrow light comes on then close the door the machine should empty, if not you have a blockage in the pump.
