Our washer won't drain - we have replaced the pump and the diverter valve and still it just recyles the water. When we try to run the diagnostic on the electronic panel we get no lights across the top. Could it be an electronic problem.

It still powers on and will go through the cycle, only no pumping the water out.

Once you run the machine on the recirculating stage the divertor valve takes about 2 minutes to cool down & move over to the drain position. If you are trying to go straight from one to the other it will not work. If however you turn machine on & go straight to the final spin and when you press start it should drain water. If not then you probably have a control module problem. If you had called someone in to repair it then you would only of had to pay for one part. Now you may end up paying for 3 parts.
