I need to know what the timing is set on for my engine?

I have amodeltype281707 brigg&stratton that needs to be put back in time could you help me? The code number is 90030911

I assume that you mean ignition timing and not valve timing. If the ignition timing is out, then the most probable cause is a broken flywheel key.. Remove the flywheel and replace the small alloy key. It is important to use a genuine briggs and Stratton alloy key for this. The timing will then be set.
