how do i fix my ski boot strap?

How do I fix my Salomon ski boot strap? I have an extra one to put on but can't figure out how to get the old one off.

Just looked at my boots...The straps are riveted to the boot, so the only way I think this cen be done is by a ski boot supplier/repairer.....If it's close to "going away" take them, and strap with you and get it repaired at the resort. (You can hire a pair while it's being done)
