Hi There

I have aquirred a very large scandinova chest freezer. Unfortunatley it is not getting cold at all. i have it set at normal and set on superfreeze as advised in manual, but it does not seem to get cold. the fault light is on, but thought it would stay on until things get cold inside freezer. it sounds like its running. Could anyone give me some advice before i throw it out?

Sorry I cannot help you,but could you possibly help me. I have just defrosted my Scandinove chest freezer,but cannot find the instructions. I have restarted it having pushedin the orange super switch,it is freezing,but I feel it should switch over to green control.I feel it will be running non stop on orange.
I would be most grateful if you can hep.
