Every day in the first 1/4 mile my Speedometer and Tachometer move to maximum, then back to minimum, then normalise but the following warning lights stay on for remainder of journey: "Parking brake", "Engine malfunction"," oil light" and Parking brake fault appears in the message window. The car does not seem to have any fault apart from the Electronic Parking Brake has failed to come off a couple of times when I pull away.
