how could i fix my d500?

when i slide my samsung d500 front up, when i have the music on i cant here anything or when i answer calls and i cant BUT when i slide it down I cant here anything only when it is a little bit down how could i fix it?

your slid conectoin has broke. on ov your wires in ye slide have uncliped. take it to a phone shop and tell them to have a look but dont klet then charge u more than a fiver
