What needs doing to Renault Clio 1.4 2001 with power loss?

My Renault Clio 1.4 has started to lose power. I have to put the accelerator to the floor especially on hills. I had new breaks fitted 2 weeks ago but did not notice anything then.

possible that you have sticking brake pistons, or handbrake cables.
