saxo alarm?

I cant unlock or lock my saxo with the key fob!!!And when i open the car via the door the alarm will sound? I have replaced the battery in the key fob in case the key fob needed a new one??Can anyone help?

iv tried synchronise the key but nothing still works?

Sounds like you need to synchronize your keys,
if you unlock the vehicle with the key then press the lock button twice it sould work,good luck
