if its just the silver bit and the wires are intact to the circuit board then get a usb extension lead, assemble the silvers bits together as best u can and then insert without too much force into the extension lead - plug and play - actually plug in - if working transfer data to hard drive - remove and get urself a new pen - check old one in the bin - and take extra care in future in protecting ur pen drives

good advice from homer - there probably are data companies that can do but it would cost probably a lot of dough - if its worth paying the amount then do so - else get out soldering iron - or someone who is v competent in soldering with proper correct soldering workstation with tempreture monitoring (low tempreture required applied for short duration when dealing with sensitive components - maplins do one for approx £60)and very small soldering bits - to re-solder the fine wires back onto the track / solder broken tracks - these kind of people should be competent in re-assembly too of the silver bits!- ask a friend - ur local electronics engineer/or good ole amateur radio guy - some of us are pretty good at this sort of thing
