When my alarm is on part set if it is activated only the internal alarm goes off not the external box - any idea how to ensure the external box goes off??

Its when I have ommitted an area it doesnt work - should this still sort it?

enter 1234 prog 01 if 2 is lit up then press 2 on the keypad and when it turns off number 2 press prog and reset and then test it and it should work good luck
