noisy electric fan oven by rangemaster?

hi i have a rangemaster electric 90 cm wide oven. however when i turn the right hand oven on it makes noise. The food still cooks at the moment. The sounds like the fan. Can you please give me advice

I've got identical oven and both oven fans:

a) take a few seconds to get running at proper speed after switching on

b) both are noisy
