triton shower has no power?

my triton shower was working fine as i was actually in the shower when it stopped working. no water, no lights nothing. i have checked the trip switch and thats fine. there is no light on the box with the pull cord on it either. please help

this is definitely a problem with the mains supply. Have you checked the circuit breaker in the fuseboard it may have nuisance tripped. probably unlikely to be a problem with the shower.
