How can i fix my Ford KA as it is stalling when a brake?

when i brake my Ford KA 1.3 keeps stalling, which switch is it that needs to be cleaned.

I have had the same thing - turned out to be a spring in a valve sticking on the carburation, Valve mechanism had to be replaced as cleaning did not solve the problem.. cost about £80 to fix
