beko eco care wma1614w washing machine?

this machine runs the cycles but will not do the final spin is this a brush problem or is it the programmer or main board, also if the machine is full of water the door can still be opened, can you please shed any light on this problem thank you

Hi,we have the same problem as described here. We have seen that when the programme reaches the spin point, the timer just advances past it to the stop. Is this a controllerproblem, controller PCB, sensor etc? We too had the door opening when full of water problem!
Also, we read that sometimes these machines will not spin if they have a heavy, unbalanced load. We tried the machine empty to check this but the same problem is still present.

Yes the door will open with water if you turn it off during cycle.Have you got a single heavy item in the drum as they are told not to spin if they can not balance the load reasonably well.Have you checked the filter?.remove the filter and then shine a torch into the filter housing and check if fluff is around drain pump impellor.Merry Xmas
