Hi, could anybody tell me how difficult it is to replace front wheel bearings on my 1996 Renault Megane Hatch 1.6? And do i need any special tools etc.

Many thanks, I will have a go and maybe find a garage that will press the bearing in for a very small fee... Likely!

you will need access to a hydraulic press or large vice and big hammer.
socket set inc 30mm-32mm socket for hub nut+knuckle bar as it will be tight.
And usual spanners+jack-axe stands also a long bar helps to brake ball joints.
the problem comes when pressing the new bearing in not to damage it,a press is best.
