1st check automatic transmission fluid level normally by means of a dipstick in engine bay although some models have no dipstick check owners handbook if possible.NB dont confuse with engine oil dipstick.Top up is by means of removing filler cap normally red and or marked ATF. If fluid level correct likely cause poorly adjusted selector cable which can make car have drive when neutral is selected.
