the espace wing mirror is not fixed to the door like many other manufacturers but is a large piece of the front wing.How is this section removed?

to remove the mirror undo two torx screws under bonnet,
then turn the mirror in towards the door there is a large allen key bolt in the cutout on the bottom near the hinge
the electrics can be disconnected under the dashboard speaker. all done. mirror glass can be removed by using fingers to pull out on the edge nearest the door

just remember it was put together by someone !
so what ever is holding it, will need to be removed. the road wheel removed the plastic splash guard removed then probably undo the bolts that are holding it this ain't no different to wing mirrors 30-40 years ago, mirrors today are door mirrors.
