Pilot light or ignition system not working?

I've just moved into a new house with an old Zanussi ZCG 7700X cooker/oven. The hobs are spark ignition (press a spark button and turn hob knob etc) but the grill and oven were self lighting. I'm assuming it's some sort of electronic ignition system and the recent power cut (electricity) has somehow interrupted this. I can't get the oven to relight (although I can get grill to light by using the spark button for the hobs but it's throwing out flames at me). I can't see any gas lit pilot to relight and I'm sick of sticking my head in the oven trying to light anything that looks like a pilot light. It must be electronically driven but how do I get it to work again? And can I fix the grill one too, to save my eyebrows from more singeing.....Any help would be most welcome!
