My BMW 3 Series compact lights have a fault?

PLEASE HELP A SINGLE 25 Y/O FEMALE WITH NO CLUE ON VEHICLE ELECTRICS!!

My 3 series 2003 BMW has decided to not let my indicators work and headlights are now on as soon as i put keys in the ignition. The main beam wont work either and the heaters lights are staying on with no keys in the ignition (the dashboard lighting is failing too). HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
