Candy CIC60 condensing tumble dryer tumbles but 'Clean Filter' light illuminates and goes out alternately for a couple of minutes at a time. Unit does not heat-up. Have cleaned filter and condenser but no change. Help please!

I have the same thing going on with my candy cdc266uk model, have cleaned everything that can possibly be cleaned but the light remains on. I have even taken the machine apart and cleaned inside!!!!!! my light however is lit the whole time.
Having cleaned everything that can be cleaned, I can only imagine it may be a bit of dirt on a sensor, which won't do any harm.............
anyone correct me if I am wrong please?
