How can I get my hotpoint top/bottom fridge to cool?

It worked fine and we moved it and now it blows air but it isn't cold air. It was a very easy move and nothing was jarred or tumped over or anything???

If you layed the fridge down you are supposed to wait 24 hours before you run it.
