I have a keyless chuck on my black and decker drill, but all 3 teeth are at different heights. How can I fix it ?

I having problems with my teeth, I have a big hole in my teeth and it hurts very bad. What can I do about it? My insurance want pay for it.

Think you must take it off and replace with new one. open up the teeth as far as they will go, and there should be a screw in the middle of them if you look inside the teeth. undo the screw and then turn the chuck anticlock wise, and it should come off. then replace with new one. hope this is some use to you
