How can i fix my lg gw300?

I had this lg gw300 for christmas this year and i have just tried the camera on it, but it doesn't work, whenever i try to take a photo with it it just comes up as 'failed' does anyone know why? or how to fix it?

turn camra on go to settings .it will be on preview change it to other.then change it to memory in use hand set . that should work . :)
