i have removed and reffitted the head ater changing the head gasket but cant seem to time the engine up to start allthough i can turn it overe by hand.

There is a timing kit.the kit is about £65
with a pin that gose in the crank through a hole in the front block. there is a plate that gose in the back of the cam's in the long slots a pin in the tensioner and a harf moon shaped pice that holdes the cutter plate on the front of the inlet cam..
if the cutter plate is not spot on it won't run right
