FORD KA power steering oil leaking from steering rack?

My Ford KA is leaking oil from the steering arm gaiter, is it just a new gaiter required or is there something more at fault?

best case scenario is just a worn seal, 5minute job to replace but I would have it checked out by a mechanic, worse case scenariothe gaiter arm is gone, it's expensive to replace and not a job for an amateur,
