my baxi duo-tec HE24 wont fire up?

My boiler baxi duo tec 24HE wont fire up. It keeps signalling E133 meaning gas supply fault or ignition problem. I have tried resetting it a large number of times today but still getting the same problem.

my heating wont come on, when it eventually fires up it sounds like a mini explosion upon ignition. been like this for a few days. i've changed the ignition lead, but now it wont fire up at all. show error 133. any clues to problem?

keeps coming up with E110

e133 fault code is a bent ignition electrode because of constant heat. either take out and reshape or replace with upgraded electrode. repair done!!!

I had this exact problem this morning - turned out the condensate pipe had frozen and become blocked - poured hot water on it (thanks, Kevin) to defrost and sure enough, the boiler restarted. Have just been out to buy some insulation for the outside pipe to ensure this doesn't happen again!

Ant have the exact same problem, keep resetting but nothing. Had an engineer out last year, turns out the flew wasn't installed correctly - water was flowing back into the system. Check your internal flew is at an 15 degree angle upwards and no water is in the elbows of the flew. Hope it helps!

I had an E133 error on my Baxi today. It turned out that the condensate pipe had frozen in the cold weather. I poured a kettle full of boiling water over the external horizontal pipe and after a minute or so a load of water came out of the pipe. After resetting the boiler everything was ok.

check igniter and leads
check for a spark first
if there is no spark it will go off on flame failure

Thanks for getting back to me! Yes still shows E133 each time its reset. Seems to go through the motions of trying firing up but burner light doesn't come on then goes to E133 mode
