Storage heaters have stopped please help !!!?

My wife has put damp clothes on all our heaters and i have heard they may need to be reset ?? ( we have 3, x2 dimplex XT18 SERIES F and x1 Dimplex XLN ,,, please help as we have no heating and a small baby , Thanks
