ANY IDEAS WHATS WRONG?

I have a teba oven. The oven comes on but is blowing cold air and its not heating up.Yet the grill inside the oven comes on.

This will probably be a faulty fan heating element

the same thing happened to my Baumatic oven and it was the element. We got a replacement one and fitted it and all was well. the element had to be fitted from behind the oven at the rear which meant pulling out the oven.
