hoover fridge freezer vcn 6185?

i dont have instructions for my new fridge freezer. It doesnt seem cold enough. Does anyone know what temp it should be at ??

i have this fridge freezer (and also struggle to get stuff out of the top freezer drawer). The fridge should be at 3 degrees and the freezer at -18 degrees - these are the temperatures it defaults to when you switch it on.
