How do I fix my Case 350 crawler - Oil in coolant?

I have a Case 350 crawler (dozer) that has oil in the radiator. The engine runs great; there is no coolant in the oil. I thought it might be the oil cooler, but I had it tested. It doesn't seem like the head gasket. My guess is a crack on the inside of the head? Any ideas?

Thanks

Could be the heat exchanger to cool the transmission oil has come adrift inside the radiator and vibration has caused it to wear through causing transmission oil to get into the radiator. Check to see if there's water in your shuttle ( Forward/Reverse ) transmission.
