Zanussi Washing MAchine does not empty?

We have a compact Zanussi FC1200W that does not empty
Any ideas? Has not been used for about a year and was OK before - sounds like a valve or solenoid

Drain pump might of seized up if not been used for a year.you would need to remove the drain pump and see if it has seized.
