had same problem. Fluff had blocked the machine so condensed water not being pumped up to drawer. Take out the fluff filter usually found at bottom of machine ( not the one in the door) and reach behind. Very awkward and you can't see much. However, i found loads of fluff in a matted layer which was wiped up with paper towel. problem solved. ( machine seen under warranty so engineer had seen this before). I regularly clean filter so surprised it happened. No need to unscrew anything but you need to be flexuble to reach around corners!

If your water reservoir is at a high level, there is a pump that pumps condensate from a tank at the bottom. If the pump fails, the tank at the bottom fills up and a float switch cuts off the power. The pump may be blocked by debris. On ours, the pump etc are accessed via a plastic cover at the bottom left (from the front) of the rear panel. The switch connections are not very well protected, so unplug the machine first!
Good luck!
