how can i fix my heatingon 1996 mondeo gear?

the heater blower will work on hi power but will not work on 1 2 or 3 an will blow warm air but only on number4

This is usually caused by a failure of the heater motor control resistor. This is located in the upper passenger footwell area and can be popped out carefully with a screwdriver.
