the key is just spinning in the barrell of my Peugeot?

Hi, I am trying to manually unlock my Peugeot 406 but the key just spins in the lock. I've tried the other door but it is really stiff and will not unlock. Is there a simple solution?

I had the same problem and all i did was spray wd40 into the keyhole and now the key works every time.

can u get in the boot and unlock the folding seats climb through- some have this feature
