How to mend a E34 Error on AEG 74630 Washing Machines?

I have a E34 Error on my washing Machine. The situation is if I choose a program the drain pump runs for about 5 seconds and there after the program go to a stand still.
My question is; what is a E34 Error and how can I fix it?

If not the heating element, it could also be the drive motor with a low insulation test; or any other component on the machine. If these are all clear, E34 actually means the analogue pressure switch is not working (the black one) if 2 pressure switches are fitted to your machine.

Thank you for the ansver.
The heater is ok.
The error is no longer there, strangely I've resetted the program a 3rd time and the error has disapeared.
I hope not it is a pereodical error

e34 is a pressure switch related fault but it might be a heating element problem that fools the electronics in to putting up wrong error code.if the insulation on the heater is around 10meg ohms or less this could be the issue.disconnect the heater wires (insulate them with tape) and see if it starts to work.will throw an error code for heater if left running for too long but will prove it is the heater to earth causing it to stop in 5 seconds if it continues to work beyond this time.
