fan stopped working?

the fan on my Whirlpool electric oven model AKZ151/IX has stopped working. Is it just a fuse?

afraid not,replacement required they have a tendancy to dry out bearings and stop working have tried on various models grease,oil,wd etc etc...but it always stops again after a week or two and end up fitting a new one
