the belt turns great until you get on it. Then it starts slipping. I fell on the treadmill and broke the deck. But I have replaced the deck. I have noticed on the right hand side there is a wheel looking thing that is broke. What does is do how do I get another one and could this be the thing to fix it or is it something else in addition to this.
