I have mould and scale build up in between inner metal bowl and outer plastic bowl of our smart drive washing machine.

We have taken out the agitator and unscrewed it at the bottom, but can't pull the metal bowl out.

Any ideas?

Once you have raised the top deck, removed the agitator the inner bowl will just pull up & out. If it comes up a bit but sticks this will be because of soap scum build up on the slines of the shaft. Just push bowl back down & try again. Sometimes necessary to repeat this up down movement several times until bowl comes out. You don't have to remove the cover under the agitator which has 4 screws holding it. That will come off with the bowl intact.
