my 206 back brakes have failed, the handbrake has also lost its reserve?

my 206 back brakes have failed and so to has the handbrake, the brake fluid is fine, and no leaks appear in my rims so i believe that the cylinder is ok.and front brakes still work.so what could possibly be the problem and how can it be fixed?

Sounds as if the lining material has become detached from the shoe/pad. As stated new pads/shoes should cure the problem.
