Zanussi ZWX 1605 W Pump Prroblem?

I need to inspect the pump impeller. Looks like the screws that secure the pump to the impeller housing are on the blind side. Is it best to remove the pump unit completely and does anyone know the best way to do it?

remove the filter.shine a torch in to filter housing and if your lucky you will see impellor.common to have stuff jammed in them
