i have taken the top panel off as well as the back,and also losened the moter but can not see any way to get the belt on

pull the back panel away and the inner drum becomes loose.feed the belt down the back between the drum and the back panel.slide it over the drum to the same position as the old belt.refit back panel and drum in to correct position.lay tumble dryer on its side.remove cover plate (4 screws) on base.find belt and pull like hell until it is over the motor pulley.now rotate drum until belt is aligned with motor pulley.
