Zanussi IZ16s Washing Machine (2001)?

The machines spin cycle has stopped working.
It will go through the wash cycle and gets to the end and everything is soaking wet. It doesn't seem to spin quicker than about 60 RPM and not 1600 ! Doesn't make any funny noises. Anyone got any idea what might be wrong ?
