How do i reduce the pressure on the Vaillant boiler?

I have a Thermocapact Vaillant Boiler and when it is running the pressure is at 3bar (on the red mark).

i need to know how to reduce the pressure.

What is the pressure when the system is cold?
Needs to be just over 1bar. The safest way to drop pressure is to open a radiator vent untill you get to the correct cold setting.
