how to fix my vectra?

whilst driving(stationary) in the snow my vehicle went into limp home mode and would not drive faster than 15mph no fault code has registered what can i check before passing it to a vauxhall garage

The hand brake cable on my vectra has snapped and it seems that the breaks have locked. I need to get the car to the garage to be repaired, is the any way of disconnecting the brake so the car can be driven.
