my indesit tumble dryer wont heat up?

i have an indesit is70c and the water level light stays on and it doesnt heat up

I've had 2 problems in the past 2 months . . had been noticing some dampness and small pools of water underneath. First the dryer would turn but no heat. Resolved this by taking out the condenser unit from front and thoroughly cleaning and rinsing it (like Indesit told us to do every month). Thankfully it worked and I didn't need to tweek any thermostat or heating elements! Second, it kept tripping the RCD and James from Ireland Nov2009 helped: UNPLUG FIRST remove back plate (saving those screws), might need to also unscrew those smaller ones at 3 & 9 o'clock. Carefully remove to reveal a propeller and heat elements. Carefully dry all water and moisture. Replace remembering SAFETY is of paramount importance.
