HOW CAN I FIX MY BT3200 CORDLESS PHONE?

I HAVE A DUO SET OF CORDLESS PHONES BT3200.HANDSET NO. 1 IS FINE,BUT HANDSET NO. 2 WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS AND WILL NOT RING OUT;IT JUST HAS AN ENGAGED TONE SOUND,AND CUTS THE INCOMING CALL OFF.

Try taking the batteries out and unplug the base units and leave everything for 30mins,hopefully they will re-set.
