hi i have a beko ecocare wash machine. There is power to the machine and all the illuminated controls can be changed, but when i press the start button, nothing happens. we did have trouble popping open the door a few days ago but that seems ok now. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

It may be the door locking switch ( its there to stop you opening the door mid-cycle and washing your feet! )

If the switch is dis-lodged or broken the machine will sense that the door is open and will not start

switch power on.press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.hopefully it will then start up.ignore it for 5 mins while it resets
