ekt6045 only one ring heats up at a time?

I have a ekt6045 electolux cooker only one year old the hob rings will only heat one at a time. It wont heat up two or more at the same time. The touch panel control will not go to the higher settings either. I have turned the power off and on at the wall a few times, also tried holding down the hob and oven control at the same time. Does anyone please know how to solve this.

Just had a look all seem to be tight with nothing loose.
Still not working more than one ring.

Thanks for your help anyway :0)

TURN THE ELECTRIC OFF AT THE WALL AND CONSUMER UNIT.where you connect your 6mm cable to the back of the cooker, check the jumper link connections are nice and tight.
